Everyone's favorite dimpled flatbread - now naturally leavened! Sourdough Focaccia is perfect for everyday, and good enough to dress up for dinner. We love it's bubbly beauty, and springy texture! Made with Barton Springs Mill Sonora Flour, our Barton Springs Mill fed Sourdough Starter, Texas Olive Ranch Olive Oil, filtered Water and Sea Salt. This week we have standard our 9x6 loaves - topped with either backyard grown Fresh Rosemary and flaky Maldon Sea Salt or Raw Milk Parmesan and Smoked Pepper. This focaccia is destined to become your favorite (if it isn't already)!
