The newest addition to our sourdough lineup!  This San Francisco style sourdough boule is made with Barton Springs Mill Big Country 65% Whole Wheat- the only white winter wheat they offer - and Sonora flours.  A lovely balanced "white" wheat loaf that's still loaded with nutritious bran. This boule features a tight crumb that's fantastic for dipping in soups, or toasting for sandwiches, and a perfect intro loaf to sourdough!
